Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) in the State of Brandenburg
Since 1993 the Environment Ministry has been the central point for contact and coordination responsible for all matters regarding Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Assessment in the State of Brandenburg. The Legal and Policy Section 51 ( Rechts- und Grundsatzreferat 51) in Department 5 - Environment, Climate Protection, Sustainability has special responsibility in this area.
